Photographer : Takako COCO Kanai 
Born in Kumagaya, Japan, and now based in Tokyo, Coco is a self-taught photographer who first picked up a camera while studying Theatre Arts in New York.
Street snaps in the early 2000s became her natural entry into photography. Inspired by late-90s Japanese pop culture and her New York years,
she brings freedom, rebellion, and independence into fashion photography, blending them with elegance.
​Her theatrical background shapes the way she frames her subjects, adding bold yet poetic storytelling to her images.
Coco is available for editorial, campaign, and creative collaborations worldwide.
